Positive: What truly made our stay unforgettable; were the hosts. They are by far the kindest and most accommodating people we’ve met in our travels. They welcomed us warmly, allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, and took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know — from where to shop for groceries and which beaches to visit, to the best way to get around the city. They were always available to help and made us feel genuinely cared for. We travel frequently and have stayed in many apartments, but this one stands out by far: both for the quality of the accommodation and the incredible hospitality. If we return to Athens, we will absolutely stay here again. A huge thank you to the hosts for such a warm and memorable welcome! The location is ideal: it's located in the first row of houses near the beach, just an 8-minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the tram. The area is very peaceful and quiet! We had a truly exceptional stay at this apartment – it was one of the best vacation rentals we've ever experienced. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a fridge, oven, stove, toaster, and a complete set of cookware, utensils, cups, and plates in various sizes. From dishwashing sponges and towels to laundry soap and even floor mops, every small detail has been considered. Upon arrival, we were warmly surprised to find complimentary bottles of water, fizzy drinks and even a bottle of red wine in the fridge! as well as several types of tea and coffee, as well as pastries and snacks on the kitchen table: a truly generous and unexpected gesture! The bathroom amenities went far beyond the usual — brand-new slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower puffs, and even extra beach towels, more like a five-star hotel than a rental. Everything was clearly prepared with care and attention to detail.

Positive: Lovely studio - really more like a small apt. Host Sam was a gent to deal with and the property was comfortable, functional and spotlessly clean - with a personal tough. Read host's directions from airport and you'll be fine on bus (be vigilant for this bus!). Great local restaurants and good beaches. Extraordinary local WWII cemetery too, a must-visit. Highly recommend this studio.
Negative: There's a very busy coast road next to property but don't let that put you off. It's a nice area.

Positive: olga was lovely, she provided a fabulous space for us, so clean and everything you will need for your holiday in athens. she’s thought of everything from beach towels to beautiful bathroom products, seriously everything was amazing, thank you. the location also great, across from alimos marina and the beach, the tkel bus is outside which i caught from the airport, great service and cheap. the tram across from the apartment is amazing, we took it to pireaus for the day and another time to syntagma square for dinner. close to great restaurants and cafes, local, not on the main road, loved the area and this place, thank you again, anthea & peter.

Positive: Helpful kind people. Clean house. Close to Kalamaki city center and tramp and bus station. X96 airport bus station is very close to the apartment. Not loud calm.
Negative: Have to change water of the aircondition once its full. There isnt any washing machine.

Positive: Deffently value for money. We stayed at the appartment at the end of august, tempr outside was around 35°C on average, the ac worked really well. Sam and Olga are very friendly hosts, they provided to us free coffee and tea, wine, bear, mineral water, etc. There is a large samsung smart tv, fridge and all kitchen utensils. We really enjoyed our stay here. ♥️
Negative: There is nothing to complain tbh.
